The hotel had both positive and negative aspects. The room we initially had was small for two adults and one child, but they kindly relocated us to a room with three beds, which was only slightly larger. The room was equipped with a full mini-bar, large satellite TV, radio, and a big double bed, which was comfortable. However, during our stay, none of the towels were changed, which was disappointing.
My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms were small and lacked natural light, but they were clean and had all the basics. The service was friendly, with standout staff members like Gianni and Emmanuela. The location was convenient for airport access, but the dining experience was disappointing due to overcrowding. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel offered decent value for the money.
The hotel was also a little run down, and the air-conditioned room was not a good idea. The food in the morning was not so clean, as the hotel overall felt expensive. The basement room had no balcony but only an attic window.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. While the room I stayed in was very comfortable, the overall condition, especially the bathroom and plumbing, left much to be desired, calling for a renovation. The food was not up to par, but it was a decently cozy space for rest.
